Starting Point

Heaviest weight was around 220 lbs.

High School

First Major Cut

Cut down from 220 lbs to around 170 lbs.

University

Weight Regain

Gained weight back during university and decided to restart the journey.

Restarted at 207 lbs.

Current

Current Status

Currently around 186 lbs, with the lowest recent weigh-in being 182 lbs. Estimated body fat is around 28%.

Current Goal

The goal is to cut down to around 12–15% body fat, maintain for about a month, then clean bulk toward around 180 lbs while staying lean and strong.
